This live online course is for people working within private medical, ambulance and event healthcare services who are considering or preparing for CQC registration.
Your Registered Manager is a key part of the registration process. Getting the right person involved from the beginning gives them time to understand the service they will be responsible for, contribute to the application and prepare for their role as a CQC Registered Manager.
This practical four-hour introductory course will help you understand the Registered Manager role, what CQC will expect from them and what they need to know as you prepare your application.
We’ll look at the key areas your Registered Manager needs to understand, how these relate to your service and application, and what they can expect when they reach the Registered Manager interview.

The first sessions will be limited to 15 participants to allow time for questions and discussion.
