With the Event Healthcare Standard, Martyn’s Law, increasing scrutiny from regulators, and pressure on ambulance services, expectations on organisers are changing.

We support organisers across the full planning and delivery cycle — from selecting providers through to the provision of experienced Tactical Event Medical Managers for on-the-day leadership and clinical decision-making and reviewing performance after the event.

Who we work with

We work with the AQHA and a range of festivals across the country — supporting both established events and those building their healthcare provision from the ground up.
We also support stadiums, venues and smaller events, helping organisers strengthen how healthcare is planned, coordinated and delivered.
Alongside this, we work with Safety Advisory Groups (SAGs), providing training and advisory support.
